My girl loves me! She rang and told me so. AND I bought the new They Might Be Giants album today, and the Garbage one too. I didn't tell my girl, I'll surprise her when I get home. She's a big TMBG fan too.

Wooooo. I'm going to revive one of my old sites, the Diddly Squatter Weekly. My first proper site it was, a way to learn HTML and be silly. I did some funny stuff there I think, with the help of some friends. Haven't updated it in a few years though ;) - I'm going to make it a blog instead, just want to format it right. Then I might abandon this new found Blog, and just work on that one.

But who can say? This could be my "secret" one....
Why wont America give the Taliban the evidence they have against Bin Laden? They've said they're willing to negotiate, to hand the fella over, if they are shown the evidence, which seems perfectly reasonable. Why do more innocent people have to die? Why is it so important for America, NATO etc to blow the shit out of a country when they offer a peaceful alternative?

Do they actually have any evidence? Perhaps that's why they don't want to hand it over. I hate fuck'n politics.

Feeling better now - there's a 'uckin huge storm out there, wind, rain, lightning - the works. I love storms, except the rain's coming down so hard I can't see far out the window. Glad I'm not driving right now, even though it's home time soon. Wont have to water the garden tonight, that's for sure!

Hope my girl's OK. She's at her course today, but said she'd be working there late, so I can stay here late and then go pick her up.

Just so you know.

I'm addicted to SoulXChange, a site where you can buy and sell the souls of fellow soulxchangers. I just spend way too much time there - especially like right now when I'm meant to be working.

Ack, I feel the Apathy again. I call it Apathy with a capital 'A' because it's a state I've lived in exclusively for large sections of my life. I haven't been there for ages. Things have been going great! I've got a gorgeous, funny girlfriend, and a high paying job. I don't know what is it?

Maybe it's just 'Monday' blues. Well, it's actually Tuesday here in Australia, but yesterday was a public holiday, so, um... there.

Maybe it relates back to leaving my lunch at home.
Well, a new, shortened week here in Canberra, Australia, and as good a reason as any to type some crap.

I actually made my lunch today. Ham, cheese and lettuce on a nice big knot roll. But I left it at home. Woe is me. It's a sign - a sign that I should buy my lunch and support local industry, not just go to the trouble of making my own.

Oh well. Hey, TechRepublic is a great site for IT news and development and all, but I deleted an emailed article after reading it, mentioned the content of the article to a colleague, and then tried to find the article on their site - something about using PHP to render an XML document with some variation on XSL, but I cannee find it.

Bugger.
